Casal do Colquico has:

• three large bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed
• a swimming pool, 10 x 5 meters wide, 1½ meter deep, constructed in 2002
• a shower, jacuzzi and three toilets
• an entrancehall
• a living room with a sitting area, a diner table and a cosy fireplace
• a TV with satellite dish and DVD-player
• audio-equipment, including a large selection of modern and nostalgic CD's
• a kitchen with modern comforts: dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hotplate
• a large pantry with a refrigerator and a large selection of basic food- and drink ingredients (including wine from the own vineyard)
• a back-kitchen with a washing-machine and a tumble-drier
• a garage with two city-bikes (21 gears)

The swimming pool is located on the southside of the house. The veranda and the terrace surrounding the pool offer a magnificent view of the vineyard and the wider region.

The house has double glazing and shutters for every window and sliding door. In the winter the house can be heated with electric radiators. The house doesn't need air conditioning: a light breeze on top of the hill softens the summer heat.
